What kind of reference photos should I send?

The more photos you can provide of the house or location you'd like me to paint, the better! If you don't have current images, I can work from Google Street View or old real estate listings. How is my painting created and delivered?

I start each painting with a light pencil sketch to lay out the details, then carefully go over the lines in ink by hand. After that, I add watercolor to bring everything to life. I use high-quality 140lb (300gsm) cold press watercolor paper for every piece. Once finished, I package your original artwork in a clear protective sleeve and a rigid mailer to make sure it arrives safely and without any bends.

How long will delivery take?
