How do I order?

Once you fill out the order contact form, I will typically respond in 1-2 business days to ask for reference photos and confirm it’s a piece I’m able to create. After we talk details over email, I’ll send you an invoice with a deposit. Once this deposit is paid, you secure a slot on my schedule!

What kind of reference photos should I send?

The more photos you can provide of the house or location you'd like me to paint, the better! If you don't have current images, I can work from Google Street View or old real estate listings.

How is my painting created and delivered?

I start each painting with a light pencil sketch to lay out the details, then carefully go over the lines in ink by hand. After that, I add watercolor to bring everything to life. I use high-quality 140lb (300gsm) cold press watercolor paper for every piece. Once finished, I package your original artwork in a clear protective sleeve and a rigid mailer to make sure it arrives safely and without any bends.

How long will delivery take? 

My current turnaround time is about 4–6 weeks. If you need your painting by a specific date or for a special occasion, make sure to include that in the contact order form. I’m happy to work with you to make it happen!
